Has anyone else had a problem with LIXINGYUAN TRADING CO., LIMITED?
I made a purchase thru them on January 27th, they sent me a tracking number so I figured all was good. On February 27th I got a message saying it was delivered . . . . . to CORRY PA, not to Phoenix, AZ where it was supposed to. When I put a dispute in to PayPal, they sent me a new tracking number, that one was supposed to have been delivered on March 4th, at least to the right city & state this time, but when I checked with UPS, they confirmed that that tracking number didn't match my name or address.
Now PayPal says my dispute case has been denied because delivery was confirmed!!
I'm not happy with the seller OR PAYPAL at this point!!
