i got burned for 30 bucks because i couldn't figure our how to use the resolution center im 71 yrs old and have been using pp for 20 yrs the center was very confusing so i sent emails  never heard back only e mail was time was running out could no figure how to escalate the problem i waited almost 3 months you would think it should of started to  escalate long before  anyone else had a problem or am  i missing something
