"You can no longer use PayPal" Why Without any reason ...

i am using paypal more than year and never face issue , at night i received this message my PayPal no longer use. My paypal is Business account .

 

Kindly tell me the what happened wrong or tell the correct reason behind this issue.

 

nor i do any drug business , no stolen stuff , no scam etc . Than why because of many transaction.. 

 

i will be making a call to PayPal for this issue...it very sad without any warring you can closed it...what to say now...hope team will help me out..

I am sorry to know that you can no longer use PayPal. It seems like the account is limited. Account limitations are placed in situations where we see unusual or suspicious activity, or when we need to collect information necessary for keeping your account open. When we place a limitation, an email is sent to explain the reason for the limitation and what needs to be done to resolve the problem. In most cases, you can find options to resolve the limitation in the Resolution Center. If you've already checked the Resolution Center and still need help, please reach out to our customer support team through the available options on our website so that our advisors can help you accordingly.

In my case no resolution center because its permanent limited , paypal dont want to help out. paypal is not like social media we create account got banned than create new one , we need to attach bank and card also , now from where i will get another bank and card ... paypal should help me out , or understand my problem , i do stream and make money . that what paypal dont like. i also heard that if some people do a fake report paypal get blocked...so paypal should take care of this , because of jealous people. paypal should give my account back as i have only 1 bank not thousand ... i am seriously upset... with paypal.because if i ask them to fix , they will only speak same once gone nothing can do. lazy staff.

i already tried 2 times , i always get "all agents are offline". live chat can only help .

 

is there any email for PayPal to contact them .

I have been with Paypal 24 years I have been told the same thing and it will not give me a reason and I can’t talk to anybody in the United States. What is going on some thing is crazy can somebody help me or let me get a hold of somebody in San Jose California

Can’t get a hold of anybody the resolution department can’t help me because I’ve done nothing wrong and nobody will tell me what’s going on I don’t wanna speak to a supervisor in the Philippines after I was on the phone six hours. I should have a right to appeal I’m innocent till proven guilty on anything in the United States and I wasn’t even told us that I spent hours on the phone today and I’ve been with you 24 years since you open

Same thing happened to me.. 21 years... for no reason.

nice way to treat good customers.. maybe they should check their ai.

I had 24 years my last transaction was a refund from eBay shipping. Not one time will they show any of us what we were accused of their discriminating because we’re Americans it’s against the wall I can’t get anybody in corporate in San Jose California. We have every right to know separately what the charges are because not only are they vague, we know they’re all in true that’s why they won’t tell you.It has something to do with what they started August 2 he sent but I don’t understand why they’re not worth the time to take me to class action lawsuit for discrimination put a sign 24 years ago doesn’t say we can just dump you Make phony accusations with no proof. I will need to put $100,000 cash app that I can prove that I had no unusual or suspicious activity that would merit a termination please put your money where your mouth is Paypal let’s go to Corporate let’s go to the CEO. They’re not worth going out after spent a lot of money because I don’t want them to have my account and make money on me if you’re going to do crazy things like this

I cant help you..

But I will tell you what  Happened to me. My husband died. So I had to open a new ebay account in my name. I am a seller and a buyer.. with perfect record.  So with a new account. Ebay watches a new seller or buyer.  Its just the the rules.. I had to buy a few things to activate my new account.

Ebay put a hold on the payment... Just for a few hours.. part of being new. 

 

everything was going fine on ebays end.. sold a few items. Bought a few...

 

I signed into PP and  I was banned for life.

 

Some one had refunded me because they didn't have the item.. no big deal  I thought'

 

And a month early.  I had to refund a lady because  I dont ship to Italy. I did that thru pay pal. No big deal I thought.

I called PP on the phone all day and the middle of the night.. 

 Told them I think I got caught in some ebay glitch.... They said call ebay.. I did. Nope. Everything fine on their end they said.

so I called PP back  again.  The reps were very nice but they couldnt  help. 

So they sent it to a review.. I got the review back.. and it said I was a high risk and deceitful... I'm furious.

deceiptful about what.  they can look at all my pp transactions..  no high risk by me. LOL 😊

 

Bottom line.. last rep said there was nothing I can do.
