Hi people. My account is old (2012-ish) and was verified with VCC neteller by that time I was a minor. Turns out some years later my VCC expires and I unknowingly tried to use PayPal to pay in a game. The result was my limited account with 3 bucks inside since couple years ago, but I still need my account back. I only have my id and no data whatsoever about the card because Neteller changed and erased my extremely old data. What to do to get the account back on my case?
