Account had been limited after receiving error in linking a credit card

Good day, I found out that my account had been limited after receiving an error while linking one of my credit card information to my account. I am over 18 years old but I don't have any of the IDs needed to verify the account but I have a student ID that I have used to create the account in the first place. May I ask if I can use this to verify my account and revert back my account to normal? Thank you.

As long as you were over 18 when you opened your paypal account then submit the i.d. and see if paypal accepts it.

Hi @raiken0932,

Thanks for stopping by our Community with your question. If you haven't received any updates regarding your account limitation it would be best to contact customer service directly for assistance. With you mentioning it's been almost a year, we'll definitely need to review your account further. To reach customer service, simply click "Contact" which can be found at the bottom of any PayPal age and select one of the available support options.
