question on dispute

hello, I purchased at www.babyexo.com. The item was broken when it arrived to me. I returned it and payed the shipment by myself. But I haven't received the refund yet and I didn't received any response from the customer service. I payed through credit card, but credit card shows the transaction is through Paypal. I couldn't find the transaction activity in Paypal. How can I open a dispute in this case? Thank you

If you can't do it through the resolution center you have to call paypal customer service and hope they open the case for you. If not you are stuck or you can call your bank and have them do a chargeback instead and hope they side with you. Chances are cause of how paypal is recently you won't even win the case even if you get it opened. So just go to your bank first instead.

You don't have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
