i got banned from paypal for selling to australia. i didn't know you weren't allowed to and i don't know how to fix it. i have money stuck in paypal now that i can't get. what should i do?
That can’t be the reason. That would be a pretty big deal if US PayPal users cannot accept sales/payments from AU PayPal users. Gotta be more to the story. And PayPal entry level reps are not obliged to tell.
Open a case with bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA to get their executive office to review your account who might be able to tell you more.
