i do not know why my service has been stopped i have tried contact pay pal via message and telephone never any one answer call only machine / useless and never recieve reply from my message asking to supply information on exactly what caused my account to be stopped
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
