Hello! im currently trying to un-limit my new paypal account , but i had to resolve an issue with a old one, i payed the negative, then deleted my account. but when i go to my new account limitations it still says there is a old account with issues , but there are no emails attached anymore, its just blank

I'm sorry to hear your new account has been limited. I recommend you to give our Customer Care a call, so that the agents will review the account and help you to resolve the limitation. You can contact us by accessing to PayPal website, then you need to choose the flag of the country of your account at the end of the page. Next, click on the 'Help and contact' section.
