hi there please anybody help me out in my business i just to sell services to my clients and my clients used to pay to me for that but from all these client one client just cheated me and claimed that i havent given and kind of services but i completly satisfied him and then he relesed my pay now i want help coz my balance is negative and i want to get it cleared as soon as possible for my business! <Removed>

Provide proof of delivery that PayPal will accept is the only way to win case.

There will be unsuccessful transactions from time to time, that's the risk with selling online or in-store too, so focus on the next sale or you'll end up in therapy. Complete more successful transactions than unsuccessful ones. Take a percentage out of each transaction to self-insure against disputes. If you win the case, the buyer may file credit card chargeback if they won't tolerate losing the case. Chargebacks incur a PayPal chargeback fee in addition to the amount disputed, additional time to resolve so make a business decision, not emotional.
