on 2nd Dec I sent $69 to a company in USA for 2 pairs of ibud type earphones.
within 10 mins I had found same on ebay for 10% of the price so emailed them to cancel.
The never have responded to 3 emails so I looked to cancel via Paypal only to get message that they cannot create a claim???
I have no idea why not? The funds have landed I guess but I cant find a way of stopping the sale?
thanks and merry xmas to all !

You can't cancel a completed transaction UNLESS the seller agrees to cancel and issues you a refund.
Failing that you have the option to open a claim for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
