I have responded to the same correspondence, four times now. I click the arrow when i am finished the response and when I do, it takes me to the Paypal log in page!! I log in and check the conversation to discover my response is not there, and it is asking for my response. SO again I leave me response and click the arrow and it takes me to the log in for paypal, and again I check to make sure my reply is there, and it is not. Why does this keep happening. It would not be so bad if it was a small response, but i have to check codes for items and sizes and it takes some time to respond. To find it has not saved is frustrating. thank you - anyone who can help x
