Hi There Due to illness - I ordered a wig from a site and paid £104 via paypal. This order was taking some time, so I e:mailed the site, to be informed that it normally takes 8 + weeks for my order to be delivered. It finally arrived, and it was not what I had ordered. The wrong colour, wrong style. It was awful. I have been trying to get a refund. i have been asked to send pictures, which I did, then asked if I would consider keeping it? Which I replied - absolutely not. I was then contacted and told that it was a big risk to myself - to return the item and very costly? Basically, they are trying everything to save giving a refund. My issue is - I am past the date of a claim to the resolution centre - even though I only received my item two days ago (I have spent the last two days going back and forth with this company). It is a UK based company - but when the payment went through - my confirmation was in chinese - that was a worry. I appear to be dealing with Chinese company now - although they claim they are in the UK. What can I do? Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
