my account access is temporarily limited. Why?

Hi,

I received a notification which is saying : we need more information about your account.
I sent and Uploaded a photo ID, I sent Provide proof of your address, and I checked my primary email for more information but so far no answer from PayPal!
I had a important payment which with this issue the payment reversed.
Please help me to resolve the problem as soon as possible. its argent.

I am wonder why PayPal does not have a email address to support.
