Hy has anyone ordered from the above company and has the following happen

1.money taken out of your paypal account

2.not been able to contact the company

3.not been able to access the site to even check the order progress as you either get the page not secure or just an advert for the domain that obviously uses to represent the company online

They still have an active facebook page x's 4

I have reported them to facebook.

I am trying to raise a dispute but as per normal the Paypal site make you go around the houses trying to make any coherent trackable complaint practically impossible 😕

I've had exactly the same happen to me.

Order placed 24th June. Money taken and order confirmed and then nothing cannot access the website and cannot use the email address for the order confirmation. I have tried messaging them on Facebook too several times but no reply

Here's how to open a dispute:

1. Click Tools at the top of the page and then click Resolution Centre.
2. Click Report a Problem.
3. Locate the transaction you want to dispute.
4. Click the radio button beside the transaction, and click Continue.
5. Select the reason for your dispute, and click Continue.
6. Follow the instructions on the page.

After you open a dispute, you have 20 calendar days to communicate with the seller before the dispute automatically closes. If you can't resolve the problem, you can ask us to investigate by escalating your dispute to a claim.
