My husband recently ordered from website and used pay pal to pay. The package was to be delivered Saturday 2/23, the package was never delivered, when he checked tracking it said it was delivered. Is there a way he can go about getting his money back without having to file a police report? (that's what he was told to do when he spoke to pay pal customer service)
Great question - if you made the purchase through your PayPal account, you can file a dispute against the transaction to attempt to get a refund. Good luck and I hope this helps!
