long wait time on business account verification

HI, 

wondering if anyone else has been waiting weeks to get their business account verified after submitting all their documents. 

They said they would get back to me in 2-3 business days and its been about 3 weeks.

I would like to be using Papal on my website, but I cant until this is resolved!
