limited account access I sold a item on eBay.straight away PayPal sends me a email saying they have contacted me (which they haven't ) (and they don't say a date when it was) and because I didn't answer,I have limited access to my account.ive messaged PayPal more than once,and keep getting the same stupid automated response asking me to go to resolution centre and complete the steps there.there is nothing in the resolution centre for me to do.so I've sold a item,been paid,but PayPal won't let me access the payment ( it's not even showing payment received ,so I can not send the item sold,as the postage was in with the price.im getting really anxious now.any help please? reposted this as I was told too I am in Wales,just in case it can not be seen.
