my account has been temporarily limited. i filled out the proper fills with paypal. they said they would respond in 3 business days.... that was on December 12th. i have over a grand just sitting because i cant get access to it. i tried to call they said "we cant help you good bye" no joke. how do i fix this issue. i need the money for Christmas and now i cant get it.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
