this account has been limitated til 2 years. And the problem is, i am a cosplay creator from Turkey. Some of you would know that there are no Turkey servers of paypal. I needed to open one for Patreon but as you know it, i got a limitation. I cannot take my money from here. I want to use it online since i cant take the money, but i also cant do that too.

i am actually near selling this account or maybe giving up to someone. Because the money is here and useless now. I got really sick of it.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should not be using another countries paypal account, it would never work for you and you would never be able to verify it to accept the funds.
