i was charged when i wasnt supposed to.

i was charged when the company, zimba told me that my payment was cancelled and I should not be charged. However I checked my bank account and I was charged. I believe this is paypals issue because I never really cancelled my payment because there was no "cancel" option with the transaction. Please please refund my money or please reply to my messages quickly because I wont be getting the item and I basically wasted my money. please help me, I tried contacting by phone but it keeps saying no one is available.

If you didn't cancel the payment then paypal would do as you asked them and on the correct date pay that money for you.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
