i bought a product key for office but didnt work because it is not as described
i opened a case but now they asked me to provide atrack number for return item

Since you mentioned the item is not physical, I would recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. Please select Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page to view your contact routes.
