my name is Tim, and I'm asking anyone out there to try to help me with an issue that I can not resolve. I had someone try to order merchandise from a company called DSW shoe store and they tried to put an order threw for $90.09 and they tried to pay with a Pay Pal account that they linked to my bank card with their pay pal account, not mine, and I have tried reporting this issue with Pay Pal and every time I click on the places that Pay Pal tells me to click on to do this I'm having trouble doing it, and I'm banging my head against a wall in frustration, why can't I just speak to an actual person or email them directly to explain my case? Can anyone please help me...? if so please email back...
