The seller in my dispute is being unreasonable and there appears to be no way to directly request further intervention from paypal. By unreasonable I mean that the seller posted the return address in chinese characters --- when my package came from City of Industry,, CA. I cannot submit a return mail tracking number because I don't read chinese and have no way of properly addressing said return! My dispute in the resolution center has only 2 options: upload a tracking number, or cancel the dispute. What now? the dispute also states that said item should be received by May 21 -- which is literally impossible if said return really is to china.
