help solve my account problems

Hello dear,
the access to my account is temporarily limited. I cannot use my account at all.
I don't see anything in the Resolution Center to do it.
I would like to know what to do to use my PayPal account again.
Today I deposited 10 euros in my PayPal, but I still have nothing in my account.
I would like to hear from you what I should do

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
