My account is limited because an echeque has been returned due to wrong address. And apparently I’ve submitted evidence that is being reviewed. I’ve not sent an echeque or anything. And I’ve definitely not submitted any evidence. Why has this happened? I’ve had PayPal since 2006, only use it to pay for stuff and never had a problem
