Foreign Customers making payment are declined with an error code..Asking customer to visit our website or make payments through our website.i have never availed such option..I use to receive payments directly through PayPal..kindly help me in solving this issue..I have submitted all relevant documents,also cleared KYC..please help..Surya Singh
