Hi Community, Hi Paypal
whoever reads this first 🙂
I realized that we cannot be invoiced by a provider with a recurring payment, that was the first email telling us something is wrong.
We did not get any information in email, so I checked what's happening in the account.
I see in the account that I have to do some actions:
You can't send or withdraw.
Some of your account info is missing, so you can't send or withdraw money right now. If we don't receive the info by Jun 13, 2021, you also won't be able to receive money.
Paypal wants me to update info now.
I answered the questions where paypal.com requests me to update info 5 days ago, and paypal.com wrote everything is okay.
but I see I can answer the questions as often as I like, Paypal will not reactivate our account
ENDLESS LOOP ERROR
What it caused?
A Provider where we have set up monthly recurring payment kicked us already out of the contract.
Payment could not be done 3 times in 3 weeks.
On Monday (tomorrow) we will not be able to work with 100% of our tools, because the license of the software cannot be used and we will have to do a lot of configuration changes in order to be able to work again.
In order to get a compensation from Paypal, I disclose the information in public that a software error at Paypal caused the provider to kick us out, because we did all steps that were asked by paypal, but we can redo the questions again and again, account does not get activated
I would have time at the moment to work with paypal on this case, but customer service hours are Monday to Friday....
Paypal, hello, are you living in 1990 ? We work any day of the week, your company is a part of infrastructure in the world, you cannot play like a 1990 company if you want to maintain a good position on the market, payment will be soon everywhere in seconds.
We request officially from paypal:
- Re-activate the account of our company
- Paypal shall get in touch with the provider, that paypal revoked the payment 3 times, and convince them, to add our contract and payment info again.
- Our company had to work 30 minutes on this text, and If we need to work on any additional task, to get our provider happy again and pay them for the licenses, so that we are able to work normally, then we will invoice the following to Paypal Inc.:
1) each contact with paypal is 50 EUR (could be email, phonecall, snailmail)
2) each contact with the provider where paypal revoked the payment is 100 EUR
3) each character or click in our account that is not done by paypal.com that leads us to a solution costs 5 EUR
4) each day the licenses are not active starting from Monday 2021/5/31 8:00 am CET is invoiced with 420 EUR
This article is copied by screenshot and stored geo-redundant in local and remote storages
I hope that in 12 hours from now everything is working again and when we log in tomorrow I don't have to start to collect the additional work information in an excel, because creating the Excel document for tracking this information costs 300 EUR to paypal.com
Dear Paypal, Please do NOT get in contact with us, but directly with the provider, you see the missing payments in our company account.

PS, i switch off emails that are notification for this post, because I do not see any need to invoice paypal Inc. 50 EUR for automatic notifications.

I had the first phone call with Melinda on Monday (representing Paypal incorporated, working only after 9 am CET
first day of incident, license stopped working: 420 EUR
phone call was 50 EUR
i needed to send 5 emails during the phone call 5 x 50 EUR = 250 EUR (screen sharing would have been free, is not accepted by paypal policy)
i added some information in the business account profile because business registration number was told missing by Melinda on top i needed to add Sales Type even if we ONLY use paypal for PAYMENTS and NOT for SALES (88 characters and 8 clicks at 5 EUR per character/click) = 480 EUR
we are already at a good compensation of 1220 EUR for this case... i respect paypal to work slow, its good for us 🙂

The Callback that we agreed to yesterday did not take place
We were waiting from 8 am to 8:30 for a call never happening together with my colleague who is my witness
Paypal Incorporated Service Agent lied to me, 50 EUR for that
instead yesterday evening and today morning two automated emails were sent by something called Assistant of Paypal Incorporated
they tried to make us check the cookies, use a new browser, and again the message that was sent yesterday already, we needed to answer both of them
50 EUR twice equals 100 EUR
we tried to call paypal 3 times, and got very rude customer service agents, they must be treated in a quite inhuman way, because other way they would not be shouting to the customer and breaking into sentences of the customer constantly... three calls, in which we requested call back and escalation by Melinda because she is the most clever in this case already. Sums to 150 EUR
so all these three positions make 300 EUR
and all together 1520 EUR now
will be sent as invoice to paypal by our lawyers, we are very pleased to make such a good business with paypal incorporated

messages have been saved digitally and stored offline in order to avoid the deletion and ignorance of paypal incorporated in this case what usually happens at big companies who give a small piece of silk about their customer responsibility
