I filed my case on Oct 29 . The seller's information is a Chinese guy . So, I depute immediately and ask PayPal solution to cancel the payment . On Nov 3 , I received a USPS envelope with a small plastic item like a nut . Then the Solution say they waiting respond from the seller and Paypay solution center confirmed to me on Nov 21 that they denied to refund me due to the cheating USPS from the Seller . This prove that PayPal does not believe a honest client like me - Who is a regular and honest client from a long time . This make me disappointed for the service of PayPal in protecting their customers from cheating seller .
