If paypal have denied your claim due to receiving a tracking number that sais your parcel has been delivered, Contact the delivery provider with the fake tracking number via telephone asking for where it has been delivered to and for evidence of signature if it has been signed for, they will then more than likely tell you it doesn't belong to you. Then explain this to paypal and that paypal will need to phone the delivery company direct for the correct information. Hope this helps everyone who are getting scammed with fake tracking numbers
