error occurs when I try to provide evidence to a claim made against me

A buyer has made a claim against me and I have to respond and provide evidence. I am able to type my respond and add evidence but once I press submit an error occurs and a red box with an exclamation point and the word notification appears. I've tired to submit my response 8 times but the same red box appears. I'm not sure what I can do to actually submit my response and PayPal aren't responding to my messages so hopefully someone here can help.
