has anyone else had problems with the above company as I took a risk and purchased from them 3 weeks ago and they provided a tracking number, I have not received the item from them, and the tracking number cannot be found.

PS I am pretty sure I have been scammed although I have only lost £60 and it was a chance I was willing take, I do not want anyone else to take the same chance.

Had the same issue. Made me think PayPal is in it with them. Too many complaints and they still have access to scam people.

Finally got the case closed and in my favour on the two transactions and without having to return the two wooden manikins they sent! Good luck everyone, I’ve found the best way to deal with PP over this is via phone.

this professional thief stoled me 35€; sent me a 1€ article in place of the 35€ article I paid, for get a tracking number and a proof that I received it; this is a fraud and paypal has solved dispute, after 3 months waiting, saying seller has proof that I got the item.This is a fraud and paypal close dispute knowing more than 300 people has reported this seller? ashamed, but be sure it will never happen again.

Hello everyone

I've the same issue.

Didn't solved.Paypal dind't took in consideration that I've refused the package because I've ordered 64 Kilos Dumbell set and I've recieved 20 grams of something.Even after I've brought them photos of the package.They told me that the goods where shipped and that's it.

 

But now the scam is good role played:

The seller tells you that the goods where shipped.After a period when you check the tracking number and see that it doesn't exists,the seller sends you something so that if you open a dispute they can be covered.

 

After the disputes closes (like in my case) you can't reopen it and you loose your money.Even if you signal to paypal that te seller performs a fraud.

I finally won my case.  When I was initially denied, I started calling PayPal.  Would be on hold up to an hour, talked to several (very nice) people along the way.  They changed my dispute from "did not receive" to whatever the wording is for "did not get the proper item"  Of course sent tons of pictures & eleen was given more time each step to respond, so it really took a long time, but I did finally succeed.

It took me 4 months to get a refund. I got stuck in some sort of error, A.I. seller responds loop. Someone finally called me today and I got my refund.

My dispute has been open since mid November. I got stung with an 11£ custom charge to get a tube of disgusting toothbrushes. I’m coming for you <removed>
