Livid with Paypal!!!
Raised a dispute for a Chinese seller, ordered a HAMMOCK & FRAME to ship to UK during lockdown
Eventually a tiny package arrived containing a kids plastic ring
Raised a dispute
the seller offered 50% refund, I declined, I want a full refund, inc shipping, this isn't an error of sending it's clearly fraud on the sellers part hoping that I don't escalate or just accept their pissant offer of 50% credit.
then weeks later, PAYPAL request a FRAUD CRIME NUMBER from me, giving me 10 days to get the information.
I turn this around in 24hours and Paypal reply yo confirm receipt.
THEN
Paypal decide the details were sent out side the required 10day deadline
AND CLOSE THE DISPUTE CLAIMING IT IS RESOLVED!!!!
IT ISN'T
AND NOW THERE IS NO RECOURSE, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO EMAIL, NO SUPPORT, WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON!!???
HOW DO I ESCALTE THIS AND GET IT SORTED, I'VE ADHERED TO ALL THE PAYPAL REQUIREMENTS AND THE SELLER JUST WANDERS OFF WITH MY HARD EARNED CASH
