my account has limited access almost a month. After a lot of messages to the paypal center, the problem still remains.
I have sent by attached mail a copy of my passport, but they did nothing about it. I am trying to find how I can upload alone my passport, but the only thing I find is to edit the number of my passport and not a copy of the passport that they have asked me of.
