hi all just to let you know that when you dont receve you parcels dont bother trying to get it sorted or a refund as pay pal only care for ther suppliers thay are not help full and we are discusted to be told the sent parcels we got tracking no ye thay are fake on contact with pay pal still awating manager to call back been over week now and they just keep on fobbing us off total let down

We as buyers have to be careful of who we buy from. Anyone can set up shop these days on the net. If the sellers has tracking number showing "delivered" then seller protection protects them. If you have documentation to prove the numbers are fake and the seller protection program was abused by seller, pdf it and upload to the case or call customer service to re-open the case and speak to a human to review the case. I know you've called before but you have to keep calling until you get the right agent.
