We've been reviewing a claim your buyer filed against you. We previously decided the best course of action was to have them return your item. We've now received delivery tracking information for the return of the item.
they claimed after 9 hours later item was water damaged even though they said in previous messages it arrived in perfect condition now have to give them full refund i had other emails from them from start to finish saying send it ASAP but never got chance to send these emails as prove buy got believed straight away i will never sell anything on ebay again first and only item i have ever sold on there

There will be unsatisfied customers occasionally whether you sell online or in-store. PayPal and eBay have been separate companies for almost 5 years now if not more so eBay's dispute decisions have no bearing with PayPal disputes decisions.
If this was a PayPal dispute instead of eBay, PayPal could have decided to make you accept a return to avoid a possible credit card chargeback which you incur a handling fee in addition to the amount in dispute should buyer won't take no refund for an answer.
