hi

i have contacted you multiple times with tracking number of returned item to seller and you have decided in sellers favor with the reason i havent provided valid tracking or proof that the item was returned to the seller.i have given you through twitter and through emails or by calling you before you close the phone lines the tracking number which it shows the delivery and also signed 

please review the case
