account temporarily limited

I've recently opened my Paypal account, then received two payments.

then when I recieved the third payment, I got a message that my account is limited and I need to provide some information 

I sent the required documents, but now there's this field they're asking about my supplier receipt, and I don't have any supplier

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
