why is my account restricted i just created this account and just linked to the grailed sales account there hasn't been any case or transaction i am very careful and read all policies but it is limited what is this please tell me
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
