my account is permanently blocked ,what to do to remove the restrictions. i even tried continuing my commission works from another account then pay pal put 75$ on hold for 21 days I don't even know whether i would get it or my client will cancel the transaction ,there's no safety at all. both of my account were new though .I just want to start my commission work and this is happening
