account limitations

hello guys , 

 

i got an account limitation and follow the steps ans apply all  Documents required , but still over 180 days not real solution . 

 

the issue that i can not access my registered email address because of domain issue . i am no longer own the domain and i close the business in china . now paypal might be send instruction email but u do not have access to my email . i try to call and send via messages center but no respond . now I am in UAE and try to get my money back after 180 days of account limitation but no way , i still can access to my account and prove that i am the account owner . but no respond . 

 

anyone have same experience same as me ? 

 

hopefully paypal enhance their support to be real problems solver not only send an articles that far a way from my issue .
