hello, i setup my paypal account with my nickname instead of my real name, however my address, ssn, phone number, email, an all other credentials match up. i have sent photo copy of my ssn card, proof of address, bank an card statements, an also my photo ID that has my correct address on file. evrything is under review an has been for over 2 weeks, because paypal keeps denying my photo ID that i send in, an says name change denied, please send in photo copy of ID to request name change, which i have done twice now, i wouldnt have an ID with my nickname on it at all. i have called paypal over 14 times an only got ahold of somebody once, even with a code, normally hangs up after a ring or two. paypal has told me to try an close account an send it to a new account before closing, but.. guess what, i cant because my account is limited an cannot be closed. paypal also told me to do the name change as well, which isnt working because they want proof of my nickname on a ID. this is absolute nonsense, i feel like i have proven everything that they have asked. paypal has not got back with me on my ssn card, or my bank an credit card statements, or my proof of address, i have completed all required fields except name change, because it keeps denying me, an then no response on nothing else. i have also did name change on 2 seperate occasions, jus trying to get money out an close account at this point.
