what you feel, I also feel it. My paypal account has been temporarily limited since 1 month ago. there is no clarity whatsoever from paypal. now my business has stopped and I don't know what to do to support my family.

Don't know why the paypal system is getting more and more complicated like this.
is there an error or this is indeed a game from paypal.
