Your account access is temporarily limited

"Your account access is temporarily limited" showed on my account and I uploaded all documents, linked credit card still my account is limited. When I press the "resolve" button I get a notification  "Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within a few business days."  Two weeks have passed and I have sent several emails no one replied, tried to call PP but i couldn't get hold of their EU support number does anyone know how to fix this?

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.
