My bank reversed payment and now my account is limited. If I try to resolve my case I get this error form paypal:
Unable to complete your request
We're unable to file a case for this transaction. You can contact Customer Service for further queries.
I have contacted paypal via email 2-3 times and no respond. What to do? Call them? I have busyness account 5+ years of using paypal and I had never have any problems like this. Thanks for tips.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
