Hello everyone on regards to this situation
I tried to log on today on PayPal since god knows how long.
And i'm having a issue with my account
First i had issues logging in because i forgot the password
And the only way i can get on, is if i get a new password and the only way for me to do that is
give them another log in way which is my number so they know it's me
since then i went through like 4 numbers.
i literally had to call the person that owned the phone
to see if she can help me with the code they sent her for me to log on.
After i went through all that i finally log on.
i noticed i had a notification that said "Your account access is permanently limited"
which is weird because i never once used PayPal.
i went to resolution center to find out the issue.
when i click on account limitation it tells me nothing but its 'limited'.
I've contacted PayPal multiple times trying to resolve this issue.
but every time i call them, the answering machine says it cant help me with my inquiry.
i tried to talk to a agent it doesn't go through and tells me the same thing.
it gives me just a reference number.
i just don't know what i can do with this number?
Please help me out if you can.
