Hi, 

 

I'm Diana from Malaysia, I have an account alert, I do so many times t confirm my identity at Dashboard. But no solution from 2019 until today, I tried to go to PAYPAL Malaysia, but they already closed.  Today I notice that I cant access anymore my registered email.   I cant do any transaction from my account 2 years already. Please Help me.

Welcome to our Community Forums!! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues confirming your identity. If you've tried following the steps in your Dashboard and / or Resolution Center and are still running into some speed-bumps, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams during their normal hours of operation. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
