About 1 month ago I sold a code for a subscription on eBay, after doing so I asked the buyer if all had gone well with the item, to which they responded yes all is fine and a smiley face emoji, however just recently they put a claim through Paypal that they haven't received the item so I took it to Paypal however they decided to side with the buyer, despite the evidence I had provided to show that the buyer was completely happy with their purchase and that it all went well, I am just wondering why Paypal would decide to side with the buyer despite my evidence showing that they were happy with the code, surely you can't claim something is all good and then say you haven't received it, this is just wrong, and I believe Paypalmade the wrong decision.
