Wrong item receive

I receive wrong item and seller do not respond on my emails. I cant open a new case because its been closed once about delivery time. How i can get refund or right item?

Another Scam! I purchased an battery operated digital measure unit that clamps on a saw bench for US$28.00 from <removed> store on Facebook and was sent a plastic dressmakers tape instead This is fraud! The seller has offered half cost refund. What a joke! Hopefully PayPal will see this as illegal and refund my money as they promise to keep buyers purchases safe and have done so in the past. Lets see what happens. Great advertising will follow either way. Stay posted!
