I bought something for almost 200 dollars. Last Wednesday I look at my email and the seller states that they had shipped it and sent a FedEx tracking link. I click on the link and apparently it's already been delivered the same day I got the link. I check and nothing's out there and look at my security camera and there's been no delivery. I contacted FedEx and they told me to contact the seller and have them file a claim but the seller is basically saying "but it says they delivered it". At this point, I don't even want the item regardless but I don't know if I would be able to get a refund since the tracking site says it was delivered when it wasn't. I really don't want to be out of 200 dollars.
